Finally, a company that doesn't pressure you into buying things 😅 I wrote to them with a thousand questions, thinking they'd try to push the most expensive model on me, but it was just the opposite. They responded super normally, with no pressure, and told me exactly what I needed. It's truly a pleasure to buy like that. The battery lasts much longer than expected

I had tried other trackers and almost all of them promised much more than they actually delivered. With the UBI-SQUARE, the opposite happened. The battery is lasting much longer than expected, practically more than double. In addition, the setup was very simple and everything works quite intuitively. Very happy with the purchase so far. What I liked most is that they explain the plans and fees very clearly. I thought it would be impossible to cancel the renewal later, but I sent an email and they canceled it without any problems or strange issues. Very transparent. I wish I had put the AirTags in earlier 😂

AirTags are rubbish for certain uses, and I wish someone had told me that sooner 😂 I lost a backpack while traveling and then my girlfriend's purse on another trip. That's when we understood we needed something else. We contacted them, and instead of selling us snake oil, they explained very well why that happens and what to actually use for traveling. pretty bad because I wanted to return the device after 4 months since I ended up not using it at all, and they're telling me it can't be returned now 🤷‍♂️ On top of that, according to them, "to help me," they gave me another year of membership and a discount for another purchase, but honestly, I don't understand why they just couldn't give me my money back. There's like a form/wizard that asks you what you're looking for and what you need it for, and in the end, it directs you straight to the model that best suits you. Years ago, I bought another tracker from a different store and it was a disaster. It came practically "straight from the factory" and I had to spend hours configuring things, watching tutorials, and struggling to get it to work even halfway decently. With this one, it's been the complete opposite. It arrived ready to go, activation was super fast, and in a very short time, it was already working correctly.
